LAGOS PLANE CRASH UPDATE: DNA Results Arrives Nigeria
A consultant pathologist at the department of pathology and forensic medicine, Lagos State University College Of Medicine ( LASUCOM) and Chairman, Nigeria Medical Association( NMA) Lagos State
Chapter Doctor Francis Faduyile has confirmed that the Deoxyribonucleic Acid ( DNA) sample results of the victims of the ill-fatedAssociated Airways Plane that crashed on the 3rd of October 2013 has arrived the country. He further said that family nembers and relatives can come for the corpses.
Also, an official at the Lekan Ogunsola Memorial House, the mortuary at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, who pleaded anonymity also disclosed that, "the results are back. Even one of the wives and family members of the Managing Director of MIC Funeral Services, Mr. Tunji Okunsanya Snr, and Tunji Okusanya, Jnr were here this morning."
He further said: "The corpses are ready for collection. Though, they were not given their corpses when they came; maybe they were not ready when they came."
Toyin Samson one of the air hostesses is now at the LASUTH Female Surgical Ward, where she is currently being properly managed of her pelvic fracture.
