As a G-bam subscriber, N5:00 is being deducted daily from my airtime for over two weeks till date even without 5MB I am entitled to. I unsubscribed myself from compass news but discovered that N50:00 was still being deducted from my airtime four or five times after unsubscribing myself from the service.
The bunch of unqualified customer service personnel I spoke with couldn’t find a solution even after lodging complaints on daily basis for the past 10 days and till date N5:00 is still deducted daily for G-bam without the 5MB. I want to go the way of Saka by opting out…am PORTING.
