X-Men: Days of Future Past is expected to soar to a HUGE opening weekend at the box office, with early estimates indicating it could hit $115 million for the four-day holiday period.
The star-studded mutant extravaganza should easily outpace Godzilla ($41 million) and the new Adam Sandler-Drew Barrymore romantic comedy Blended ($17 million).
Neighbors should earn roughly $16 million for fourth place.
The #5 spot will likely go to The Amazing Spider-Man 2 at roughly $11 million, slightly ahead of Million Dollar Arm at $10 million.
The Other Woman ($5 million) and Rio 2 ($3 million) should finish seventh and eighth, with Heaven Is For Real and Chef battling at about $2.5 million apiece
