Davido And Mafikizolo Get Four Nomination Each At 2014 MAMAs

In this year’s edition of MTV Base’s MAMA awards, Davido and Mafikizolo have been named as the first performers at the Africa Music Awards, 2014.



Davido and South African Afro-pop duo Mafikizolo are both tied with Uhuru as the most nominated artistes in this year’s MAMA, notching up 4 nominations each, and going directly head-to-head in Song of the Year, Artiste of the Year and Best Collaboration.
Additionally, Davido is nominated for Best Male, while Mafikozolo leads the contenders in Best Group.

MAMA 2014 takes place at the ICC, Durban, South Africa on Saturday 7 June.
