Should i ask him out?

There is this guy I love so much, but he wouldn’t even look at my side or talk to me. I am a very pretty girl and most guys in my department in school want to date me, but I don’t like them. Its this very guy that I am attracted to, it is not that he has some special features or character, he is just like any other guy.

But I just have a strong feelings towards him. I don’t know why he seems not to notice me despite all that I have done to gain his attention. I have a desire to go and tell him how I feel about him, should I?
